The boys planted their very own tomato plant. It's our version of the "topsey-turvey" planter. We're reusing a soda bottle, so it's earth friendly and allows them to watch the roots grow. They planted and decorated it themselves. I'm hoping they will feel so invested in the project,that they will actually want to eat tomatoes. Ha! Crazier things have happened.
